Here’s a link to a conversation between Chris Weingarten from SPIN and Ed Ducker from Daily Swarm ironically about the down period for Progressive Hip-Hop (2004-2008) which of course is when Uncommon Records began. Not exactly the greatest of environments. I’ve spoken on this ad naseum, but now professional writers are picking up on it.
